Danessa's journey has been as colorful and diverse as her art. Born in the Philippines and having spent her childhood in Singapore and Los Angeles, Danessa calls many places home. A new mom to a toddler, she’s navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood while balancing her passion for art and psychology.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Sciences and a minor in Studio Art from UC Irvine and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University, Danessa seamlessly blends the therapeutic aspects of psychology with the expressive freedom of art.
Danessa channels her love for all things tropical into her work, infusing a bright, clean, and modern flair into her products. Her experiences as a mom have inspired her to create home goods and self-care paper goods tailored for moms who cherish organization and wellness. Whether through her art or her clinical practice, Danessa’s mission is to foster a sense of balance and mindfulness in every facet of life.
